1. Severe headache
When under pressure due to some reason, tension starts in the muscles of a person, due to which severe headache starts. Migraines may occur.
Diagnosis- Lavender oil or a carrier oil mixed with peppermint oil and massage it on the head and scalp in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
2. Unusual weight changes
Stress triggers the release of the hormone cortisol and alters the way the human body metabolizes fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, causing a person to gain or lose more than normal weight. Due to this, the diet of man becomes more or less.
Diagnosis- To overcome this problem, eat plenty of nuts, which provide an adequate amount of protein and fiber.
